Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f),

the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of changes to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan (REP). The affected document is the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) listed below:

EPIP Revision Title Effective Date 12 50 Emergency Equipment and Supplies 10/21/2020 Description of Change EPIP-12 This EPIP-12 revision added a signature block to Appendix M, for completion of a Portable Electric Generator Quarterly Check and changed frequency blocks to read Quarterly instead of Quarter for consistency.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission WBL-20-057 Page 2 November 5, 2020 The above changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f) . TVA determined that the changes did not reduce the effectiveness of the WBN REP .

The WBN REP, as revised , continues to meet the requirements in Appendix E to 10 CFR 50 and the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b).
