Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Physica1' Security Plan, Revision 10, Change 2 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), Louisiana Power & Light Company hereby submits the original and three copies of the affected pages of the Physical Security Plan, Revision 10, Change 2.
Attached is a description of the change to the Waterford 3 Physical Security Plan. The change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan.
As discussed with members of your staff today, incorporation of the two requested changes to the earlier submitted version (per letter of LP&L, number W3P89-1582 dated September 25, 1989) is being included herein. Your expeditious review would be appreciated.
The. attachment contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. We kindly request that it be withheld from public disclosure.
