Amendment to Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-64_
REFERENCE:
W3P87-2049 dated August 28, 1987 Gentlemen:
By the referenced letter LP&L submitted a proposed change to the technical specifications for the Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) subsystems.
Based on subsequent discussions with the NRC staff, LP&L requests an amendment to the proposed Technical Specification.
Attachment A contains the original Technical Specification change request as submitted by the referenced letter.
Attachment B represents the current change.
Because the current change is strictly administrative in nature, the safety analysis submitted with the referenced letter remains bounding.
