Dear Mr. Knighton:
Louisiana Power & Light hereby files an application for eight amendments to the Waterford 3 Technical Specifications. The amendments involve:
1.
A revision to the CPC DNBR setpoint (NPF-38-43),
2.
Revisions to the COLSS out of service DNBR limit lines (NPF-38-44),
3.
Revisions to the boron dilution requirements in Modes 3-6 with and without one boron dilution alarm inoperable (NPF-38-45),
4.
A revision to the peak linear heat generation rate curve for COLSS out of service (NPF-38-46),
5.
A revision to the reactor protective instrumentation response times (NPF-38-47),
6.
A revision to the CEA insertion limits (NPF-38-48),
7.
A clarification to the required actions for liquid effluent monitoring instrumentation (NPF-38-49), and 8.
A clarification to the required actions for gaseous ef fluent monitoring instrumentation (NPF-38-50).
LP&L has previously provided a summary of the Technical Specification change t requests expected to be submitted prior to the first refueling outage.
