NRC MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS WATERFORD 3 NOVEMBER 1986 The unit started the month at approximately 100% power. On November 2, a unit power reduction was initiated due to a failure of the quench tank rupture disk.

On November 4, the unit returned to 100% power. On November 13, operation at reduced power was initiated due to end-of-cycle coastdown. On November 26 at 2300, the unit began a scheduled refueling / maintenance outage.
