Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the recent amendment of 10CFR73.55, enclosed are six copies of the proposed revision to the Physical Security Plan for Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3.
This proposed change is provided as Revision 10 to the Plan. None of the changes in proposed Revision 10 decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan.
Also included is an enclosure of descriptions of proposed changes and implementation schedules.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information and we kindly request that they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d)(1).
