Dear Mr. Knighton:
Louisiana Power & Light hereby files an application for an amendment to the Waterford 3 Technical Specifications. The proposed change will revise the Administrative. Controls Section of the Technical Specifications to provide functional descriptions of title positions in order to lessen the administrative burden on the NRC and LP&L in processing Technical Specification changes due to organization changes. We would appreciate your timely handling of the proposed change in support of the pending Nuclear Operations organization changes which were recently discussed with you.
The proposed changer ic not involve an unreviewed safety question nor a significant hazards consideration.
