Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station Security Program (Safeguards Contingency Plan)
Dear Sir:
The enclosed revision to the Safeguards Contingency Plan for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit No. 3 (W3 SES) is submitted, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p). This change is Revision 2 to the Plan.
This revision is necessitated by changes -in proposed operating procedures and organizational changes as a result of further refinement of the security program at Waterford 3 SES by Louisiana Power & Light Company. A summary of changes is found in Diclosura 1 tc tFis letter. Page changes to the Plan are submitted as hereto.
All changes to the Plan have been sidelsc.ed for ease of reference.
This revision in no way decreases the safeguards effectiveness of the security program at Waterford 3 SES.
