Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 Seismic Qualification Review Team (SQRT) Audit
Dear Mr. Tedesco:
The following schedule has been agreed to by members of the NRC staff for conducting the SQRT audit at the Waterford 3 site:
July 16
- LP6L submit seismic qualification summary sheets to NRC August 2 - NRC selects those components to be audited August 31 - SQRT audit commences at Waterford 3 site Accordingly, we are this date shipping, separately from this letter, two copies of our seismic qualification review forms directly to Mr. T. Y. Chang of the Equipment Qualification Branch, and one copy directly to Mr. J. N. Singh of EG6G, Idaho. This shipment consists of fifteen volumes. Volume I contains a Table of Contents and an Index of Seismic Qualification Review Forms by Discipline. This index is also further subdivided by system, and provides indication of each component's availability for audit. Volumes II through XV contain the actual Seismic Qualification Review Forms.
