Enclosed are seven copies of the Waterford Steam Electric Station - Unit No. 3 (Waterford 3) Environmental Protection Plan, prepared as requested by Ms. Suzanne Black, NRC Project Manager for Waterford 3.
A copy is also being forwarded to Mr. Robert B. DeBlieux, Louisiana State Historic Preservation Officer.
This Plan provides for the protection of environmental resources in the vicinity of Waterford 3 from any identified or unreviewed nonradiological environmental effects associated with facility operation, and addresses in detail the program for protecting the cultural resource remains on the Waterford 3 plant site.
