As indicated in the cover letter that transmitted the April Monthly Operating Report, the NRC approved Waterford 3's request for an increase in Authorized Power Level from 3390 MWt to 3441 MWt via Technical Specification Amendment Number 183 issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 29, 2002. Although, the NRC had authorized an increase to the Authorized Power Level, Waterford 3 did not implement the increase during this reporting period.
