STAFF REQUIREMENTS - AFFIRMATION SESSION, 1:45 P.M., MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2022, TELECONFERENCE MEETING (OPEN TO PUBLIC)

I. SECY-21-0106 - HEARING REQUESTS IN EXELON MULTIPLE INDIRECT LICENSE TRANSFERS The Commission 1 approved a Memorandum and Order responding to the petitions to intervene 0F and requests for hearing submitted by the Environmental Law and Policy Center, and Eric Joseph Epstein and Three Mile Island Alert with respect to Exelons indirect license transfer application. The Memorandum and Order denies the hearing requests and petitions to intervene.

(Subsequently, on February 14, 2022, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
