Enclosure to VPN-060-97 August 2I,1997-Eage1of1 Fitness For Duty Program Performance Data Renort During the reporting perica, January through June,1997, the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Department continued to operate under the Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan (Defueled Condition). The Security Plan contains a commitment to 10 CFR 26 for unescorted access to the Trojan Protected Area.
Effectiveness Summary One positive PGE employee pre-access drug test occurred during this reporting period.

I One positive PGE employee random alcohol test occurred during this reporting period.
During this eporting period the Trojan Plant Fitness For Duty Program staffing level remained at two personnel.
Events Reported No reportable events occurred during this reporting period Statistical Summary During the reportmg period, the Fitness For Duty Program conducted 149 pre-access drug and alcohol tests,72 random drug and alcoho! tests, I reasonable suspicion test,0 post-accident tests, and 5 follow-up drug and alcohol tests. PGE's overall positive rate for the random screening program was 1.4 percent (1.4 percent for PGE employees and 0 percent for contract personnel).
The positive rate for all screenings during the period January through June 1997, is 1.7 percent.
The Trojan Nuclear P.lant average population during the reporting period was 228. The total number of random tests was 72. At the end of the reporting period, PGE had randomly screened 31.6 percent of the average plant population granted protected area unescorted access. During this period 149 pre-access tests were completed.-
