RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 FITNESS FOR DUTY LABORATORY DRUG TESTING PANEL ERROR Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.719(c)(1), Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) is submitting the enclosed report with regard to a drug testing error at an HHS-certified laboratory associated with the Fitness for Duty program for Callaway Plant. The report describes the failure to test a urine specimen for all required elements in accordance with 10 CFR 26.31(d)(1), as well as the corrective actions taken.
