By letter dated March 5, 2024 (Reference 1), Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted Owner's Activity Reports (OAR-1 forms) for Cycle 26 and Refuel 26 activities at the Callaway Plant (Reference 2). However, an error was identified on the OAR-1 form for Inservice Inspection (ISI) and Repair/Replacement activities. Specifically, the OAR-1 form did not identify use of Code Case N-729-6, "Alternative Examination Requirements for PWR Reactor Vessel Upper Heads with Nozzles Having Pressure-Retaining Partial-Penetration WeldsSection XI, Division 1," as it should have. The error has now been corrected, and the purpose of this letter is to provide the corrected OAR-1 form via the enclosure to this letter.
The enclosed OAR-1 form is being submitted pursuant to the provisions of the applicable revisions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Case N-532-5, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission," and Code Case N-892, "Alternative Requirement for Form OAR-1, Owner's Activity Report, Completion Time Section XI, Division 1."
