By letters dated February 10, 2021 and March 3, 2021 referenced above, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) determined the performance at Callaway Plant Unit 1 to be in the Regulatory Response Column (i.e., Column 2) ofthe Reactor Oversight Process Action Matrix beginning in the fourth quarter of 2020. As a result, the NRC announced its intent to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001, Supplemental Inspection Response to Action Matrix Column 2 (Regulatory Response) Inputs. The same letters stated that the NRC would schedule the inspection after Callaway Plant personnel notified the NRC in writing of its readiness. This letter serves as notification of Callaway Plants readiness for the NRC to perform the 95001 supplemental inspection. This letter contains no new commitments.
