ULNRC-06689 October 13, 2021 Page 2 of 4 On October 30, 2020, Ameren Missouri submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to the NRC to adopt the provisions of 1 0 CFR 50.69, per Reference 1 above. As part of the NRC staffs review of the LAR, an audit was remotely conducted by NRC staff personnel in April 2021 In support of the audit, an audit plan and a set of audit questions were provided via the NRC letters identified as References 2 and 3 above, respectively. Following the audit, an audit summary was issued by the NRC per Reference 4 above. The summary included revised audit questions based on the Reference 3 letter and on interactions between NRC and Ameren Missouri personnel during the audit. In response to the Reference 4 letter, and as a supplement to the LAR, Ameren Missouri provided its written responses to the finalized audit questions per the letter identified as Reference 5.

Since Ameren Missouris submittal of the Reference 5 letter, NRC staff personnel have had time to review the responses, and from that review, a request for additional information (RAI) with an additional set of questions/requests was prepared and electronically transmitted to Ameren Missouri on September 14, 2021 as identified per Reference 6 above. In the Reference 6 letter, a response to the RAI was requested to be submitted within 3 0 calendar days of receipt of the c-mailed letter, thus making the response due on or by October 1 4, 202 1 This letter hereby transmits Ameren Missouris responses to the RAI questions/requests.
