RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT OF RETROSPECTIVE PREMIUMS Pursuant to the requirements of 1 0 CFR 140.21, Ameren Missouri hereby transmits the attached cash flow projection and certification to satisfy the guarantee ofpayment ofretrospective premiums as required by this regulation. This statement covers 2020 (actual) and 2021 (projected) and shows that, if necessary, the companys cash flow would adequately cover payment of retrospective premiums within three months after submission of a statement.
It is Ameren Missouris intent to continue to make this report on an annual calendar year basis. A follow-up report covering actual data for 2021 and projecting cash flows for calendar year 2022 will be submitted by April 30, 2022.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
