In the letter identified as Reference 1, Union Electric Co. (dba Ameren Missouri) proposed that the date for submitting the Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02 (Reference 2) closure correspondence for Callaway Plant be extended to June 1 1, 2020. Due to unforeseen challenges arising from the current COVID-1 9 pandemic, it will not be possible to complete the preparation, review and approval of the correspondence by the June 1 1, 2020 due date.
Based on the above, Ameren Missouri respectfully requests that the date for submitting the GL 2004-02 closure correspondence for Callaway Plant be extended to September 30, 2020. The revised submittal commitment is documented in the attachment (Attachment 1) to this letter.
