Revision 32 Correction, dated November 16, 2016 Furnished herewith is OQAM Revision 33. Pursuant to the requil-ements of 10 CFR 50.54 and 10 CFR 50.71, the OQAM has been revised to incorporate changes since the last docketed revision transmitted via Reference 1.

The following are provided as attachments to this letter:

Addition of a 90-day grace period for completing Supplier Audits and Evaluations.

Removal of the offsite independent review committee known as the Nuclear Safety Review Board.

Removal of section describing Independent Technical Review group activities.

Addition of a required independent review of matters involving safe operation of the plant to be conducted at least once per twelve months.

Revision 33 incorporates OQAM Change Notices (CNs)17-001, 17-002,17-003 and 17-004. The CNs were reviewed internally and detemiined to not represent reductions in commitment to the Operating Quality Assurance Program as previously accepted by the NRC. The OQAM continues to maintain its focus on activities affecting quality, consistent with importance to safety, including compliance to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements.
