FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION CHANGE Callaway Plant This is to inform you of a change in senior management within Union Electric Company (dba Ameren Missouri) for Callaway Plant. Specifically, Mr. Fadi Diya, formerly Vice President-Nuclear Operations, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer. Mr. Adam C.
Heflin, formerly Senior Vice President and ChiefNuclear Officer, has resigned. Mr. Diya will be responsible for all of Ameren Missouri's nuclear operations.
Effective January 17, 2014, correspondence intended for senior nuclear management should be addressed as follows:
