- 4) ULNRC-05979 dated April26, 2013 By the Reference I letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated July 12, 2013 transmitted theJtwenty-fifth Request for Additional Information (RAI) related to our application.
Enclosure 1 contains Ameren Missouri's response to the individual request contained in the July 12, 2013 RAI. Enclosure 2 contains LRA Amendment 25 to reflect changes made as a result of the RAI response. This response provides information intended to assist the staff in closing Open Item B2.1.20-1 identified in Reference 3 .

ULNRC-06019 August 2, 2013 Page2 Amendment 25 to the Callaway LRA also includes the following:
- Updates to LRA associated with implementation ofLR-ISG-2012-01, "Wall Thinning Due to Erosion Mechanisms," that was issued on April 19, 2013.
- Updates to LRA to include submerged ESW pump casings and supports, submerged fire water system sump pump casings, and supports for the diesel fuel oil transfer pumps and piping that are submerged in the diesel fuel oil storage tanks.
This LRA update is part of a corrective action for submerged pump casings and/or associated supports that were inadvertently omitted from the LRA. The error has been entered into the Callaway Corrective Action Program. The corrective action process has confirmed that no additional LRA updates are required for submerged pump casings and their associated supports.
- Updates associated with the Fatigue Monitoring Program.
These updates were discussed on a call with the staff on June 24, 2013 regarding responses to LRA RAI Set 23 (Reference 4) and provide information intended to assist the staff in closing Open Item 4.3.4-1 identified in Reference 3.
It should be noted that there are no changes to commitments contained within this transmittal.
