FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION CHANGE Mr. Luke H. Graessle, formerly Manager, Regulatory Affairs has been promoted to the new position of Director, Operations Support. This position reports to the Vice President, Nuclear Operations. As a consequence, Mr. L. Scott Sandbothe has been promoted to Manager, Regulatory Affairs, assuming Mr. Graessle's former position.

The following organization changes have also been implemented. Ms. E. Hope Bradley is promoted to the new position of Manager, Protective Services. This position provides oversight for Security, Emergency Preparedness, Access Authorization, Fitness for Duty, and Safety and reports to the new Director, Operations Support. Mr. Robert E. Famam is rotated to the Training Department. As a result, Mr. Johann S. Geyer is promoted to the position of Acting Radiation Protection Manager, assuming Mr. Farnam's former position.

These changes include re-alignment of the Business Operations department to Operations Support and the Protective Services and Performance Improvement departments from Regulatory Affairs to Operations Support.

Effective November 21, 2008, correspondence intended for the listed senior nuclear management positions should be addressed as follows:
