FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 SERVICE LIST UPDATE On December 13, 2004, the following change was announced. Effective January 1, 2005, current Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer, Garry L. Randolph, will retire from Union Electric Company. On the same date, Charles D. Naslund, Vice President, Nuclear Operations, will replace Mr. Randolph and assume the role and title of Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer for Union Electric Company. A replacement for the Vice President, Nuclear Operations, position has not yet been identified.
In accordance with the Callaway Plant Technical Specifications, Mr. Naslund will become the specified corporate officer having responsibility for overall plant nuclear safety and shall take any measures needed to ensure acceptable performance of the staff in operating, maintaining, and providing technical support to the plant to ensure nuclear safety. As of January 1, 2005, please ensure that official correspondences regarding Facility Operating License NPF-30 or the operation of Callaway Plant, Unit 1, are addressed to Mr. Naslund.
