SUMMARY

REPORTS FOR INTERVAL 2 PERIOD 2 Attached please find the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary reports for Interval 2, Period 2 at Callaway Nuclear Power Plant. These reports describe ISI activities performed from May 5, 1998 through November 26, 2002. Contained within the ISI Summary Reports are the "Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspections" (Form OAR-1) which presents the information required by Code Case N-532, as requested by ULNRC-03334 (Dated February 15, 1996) and approved by the NRC (Letter dated March 19, 1996).

Each OAR-I was prepared and certified upon completion of each refueling outage within the period (Refuel 10, Refuel 11, and Refuel 12) and is being submitted following the end of the period, as required by N-532.
