FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 RESPONSE TO ORDER EA-03-009, "ESTABLISHING INTERIM INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL HEADS AT PRESSURIZED WATER REACTORS" AmerenUE has received the February 11, 2003, NRC Order Establishing Interim Inspection Requirements for Reactor Pressure Vessel Heads at Pressurized Water Reactors. The Order requires an answer within twenty days. AmerenUE files this answer consenting to the NRC Order for the Callaway Plant, and indicating its decision to not request a hearing.
