ULNRC-04794 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT

ULNRC-04787, dated December 20, 2002 The Attachment to the letter referenced above transmitted the Callaway Plant Cycle 13 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) to the NRC Staff for information.
Revisions 1 and 2 of the Cycle 13 COLR are now being transmitted as Attachments to this letter. Revision 1 to the COLR provides new W(z)s and Fq penalty factors due to the development of a new ANC model to account for the Axial Offset Deviation experienced at Callaway Plant at the beginning of Cycle 13. Revision 2 contains clarifications on the applicability of the Fq penalty factors.
Revisions 1 and 2 have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 5.6.5. The original conclusions of the Cycle 13 Final Reload Safety Evaluation remain valid. If you have any questions concerning this report, please contact us.
