Submittal of Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection Program Plan In accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (B&PV), Section Xl, IWA-1400(c), "Owner's Responsibility," Exelon Generation Company, LLC is hereby providing a copy of the Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program Plan for Clinton Power Station, Unit 1. The program plan is attached for information only and does not require NRC approval. The third interval began on July 1, 2010, and complies with the 2004 Edition, No Addenda, of the ASME B&PV Code.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
