Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report for Clinton Power Station In accordance with Section 5.6.1 of the Clinton Power Station Technical Specifications, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) is submitting the Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report for the period of January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004, for the Clinton Power Station. The attachment to this letter provides the required information.

Attachment to U-603719 Page 1 of 2 Report of Personnel and Man-Rem by Work and Job Function This report is a tabulation of the number of station, utility and other personnel (such as contractors) who received exposures greater than 100 mrem/year and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions for the year 2004.
The work and job function grand totals for personnel greater than 100 mrem/year are different than the actual number of personnel at the bottom of the report, because an individual may perform work under more than one work or job function during the year.
The total man rem is based on estimated exposure.
A description of Special Plant Maintenance performed in 2004 is as follows:
Radiation Work Permit 10002841, Drywell Reactor Water Cleanup System work, located in the Drywell basement. This work included bottom head drain line and stem leak-off line removal, and replacement.
The work documents are Work Orders (WOs), 470353, 502186, and 502187.
