5 The generator was taken off line to facilitate repairs to the 3B feedwater heater tube failure.

SUMMARY

Forced losses were incurred due to tube failures in the 3B feedwater heater. Planned losses were incurred due to control rod pattern adjustment and rod line adjustment. Additional losses not counted as unplanned were incurred due to grid conditions while the plant was at reduced power.
