DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 CABLE OUTSIDE DIAMETER REQUIREMENT SDAR: CP-87-99 (INTERIM REPORT) j Gentlemen-On September 9, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. H. S. Phillips of a potential deficiency involving cable which exceeds the maximum allowable outside diameter prescribed in the cable specification.
This condition was discovered as a result of activities initiated under the Corrective Action Program (CAP).
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest interim report was logged TXX-6843, dated October 9, 1987.
