On September 11, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. H. S. Phillips of a deficiency involving a potential conflict between cable tray installations and l
the design requirements for cable tray. separation.
Specifically, the minimum separation design criteria for vertical trays and conduit for open ladder trays may have been violated although the inspection findings were not rejected by QC personnel.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by 1
December 11, 1987.
