Gentlemen:
On April 11, 1986, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-4762 of a deficiency involving weld failure and coating degradation in the Service Water System which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest interim report, logged TXX-6566, was submitted on July 15, 1987.
Our implementation of the corrective actions are continuing.
The next report on this issue will be submitted no later than December 1,1987.
