On June 11, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. Bob Warnick of a deficiency involving the ambient temperature effects on MSIV actuators.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest interim report was logged TXX-6557, dated July 10, 1987.
Our evaluation of this issue is continuing.
We expect to submit our next 1
report by December 18, 1987.
