On October 10, 1986, we notified your Nr. E. H. Johnson of a reportable deficiency involving nut alignment and torque requirements for Unistrut spring nuts on instrument mounts via our letter logged TXX-6019.
Plans requiring rework of affected installations are being integrated with other instrumentation issues and the status of modifications will be reported via SDAR CP-86-19, " Instrumentation Installations."
