On February 27, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a deficiency involving attachments at, or in close proximity to, design gaps between secondary walls and adjacent walls / floors. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provision of 10CFR50.55(e). Our last interim report was logged TXX-6108, dated November ?.1,1986.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by March 27, 1987.
