Dear Mr. Johnson:
On July 17, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. I. Barnes of a deficiency involving a condition cited at another nuclear facility in which anchor bolts supplied by Hilti do not meet average ultimate tensile loads in certain sizes as published by the supplier.
