On April 11, 1986, we verbally notifed you of a reportable item involving weld failure and coating degradation in the Service Water System (see TXX-4762).
This is a follow-up interim report on a reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
We anticipate completing our evaluation of the corrective action and submitting our next report by September 26, 1986.
