Dear Mr. Johnson:
On September 20, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a defi-ciency involving the possible adverse effect of the substitution of rectan-gular and oversized pre-formed sections of thermolag on the design of con-1 i
duit support installations. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4572 and TXX-4675, dated October 16, 1985, and January 22, 1986, respectively.
i This issue is being evaluated under CPRT Program Plan Item VII, which is cur-rently scheduled for completion in September, 1986.
Since the last status report all electrical raceway items (trays, conduits, supports) have been con-solidated under the scope of Ebasco Services.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by October 21, 1986.
