CP-86-25 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On April 10, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. R. Hall of a deficiency involving a possible concern in that without full breaker / fuse coordination, portions of the CPSES damage study could be incorrect.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
Initial breaker / fuse studies included only the high voltage areas.
Currently, certain coordination problems have been provided to damage study for review of uncoordinated loads to determine if additional protection is required for jet impingement or pipe whip.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by July 22, 1986.
