Dear Mr. Johnson:
On February 14, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a deft-ciency involving electrical penetration assemblies (supplied by Bunker Ramo) which may not have been provided in accordance with design require-ments. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). This issue is being evaluated as part of Corrective Action Request (CAR) 055. Recent revision (expansion) of this CAR has precluded a complete assessment of the concern at this' time.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion of our final
-report by April 24, 1986.
Very truly yours, W. G. Counsil 8604020503 960317 By:
