COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 WEIDMULLER TERMINAL BLOCKS SDAR: CP-86-01
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On January 7, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a defi-ciency regarding a supplier of terminal blocks used in class IE applica--
tions who has taken exception to 10 CFR.Part 21 provisions specified in the procurement documents. We have requested the supplier (Weidmuller Terminations,-Inc.) to perform additional tests and provide information for the specific hardware relative to this issue.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion of our final report by March 7, 1986.
