Dear Mr. Johnson:
On December 2, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. S. Phillips of a deficiency regarding the use of Amptector IIA relays in the 480 volt switchgear instead of specified Amptector II relays. We are still deter-mining all applications of Amptector IIA. relays in the safety related switchgears and their qualifications.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by January 31, l
