Dear Mr. Denise:
On July 16, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. D. E. Norman of a deficiency regarding an apparent conflict between the sequence of operation of the CCW pump and associated HVAC systems as specified by 1) the Fire Protection Program Review Timelines (a timed sequence nf activities documenting all manual actions in the event of Control Room / Cable Spread Room fire) and
- 2) the fire-related safe shutdown component logics developed for the HVAC components. We have submitted an interim report dated August 9, 1985.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are availaDie for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
