On September 6, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. C. Gould of a deficiency regarding design and construction adequacy questions for the cable tray hanger (CTH) program.
The deficiency is being pursued under the Comanche Peak Response Team Plan.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by January 22, 1986.
