Dear Mr. Hunter:
On July 26, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. S. Phillips of a deficiency regarding concrete debris found in the separation gap between the Fuel and Auxiliary Buildings. This debris could produce a significant increase in the Seismic Category I building response during an SSE.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by October 4, 1985.
