Dear Mr. Hunter:
On July 8, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. S. Phillips of a deficiency regarding various terminal connectors in the Fire Detection system which were installed contrary to the manufacturer's acceptance criteria.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
