Dear Mr. Hunter:
On February 15, 1986 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding the sump isolation valve motors that were not' qualified environmentally per IEEE-323 (74) for service conditions. We submitted an interim report logged TXX-4434 dated March 5, 1985.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e).
