Dear Mr. Hunter:
On March 28, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding the equipment hatch cover in Unit 1 Reactor Containment Building that has attachments / guides which bear against I beams when positioning the hatch cover.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records suppcrting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
