On December 7, 1984 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding structural embed welding which secures qualified electrical equipment.
We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4388 dated December 28, 1984.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are availabla for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
